Coaching in Schools

The Focus 47 team are passionate about education. 

As well as offering performance coaching for all members of the school staff,

we have also worked with the school leadership team and have developed the "F47 anonymous feedback survey". This enables the leadership team to benefit from feedback from their peers with a 1-2-1 coach to manage the results and improve their relationships, management style and overall standing within the team. 

The survey package includes an initial 1-2-1 coaching session followed by the anonymous feedback survey being sent out to the appropriate people. The survey is then put into a document showing the results and the feedback comments. The second 1-2-1 coaching session then takes place to study the results and work on any potential areas that require development and improvement.
